Drop Shipping Program:

The Bone Art Place represents some of New Zealand's best bone and jade artists. Our crafts people are very passionate about their work and will only sell hand crafted carvings of the absolute highest quality, both in workmanship and design.

We are seeking agents who are passionate about hand crafted ethnic art and committed to genuine quality and service.

If you like what you see here and would like retail our exclusive products but have us drop ship them direct to your customers, drop shipping is another easy method.

Advantages of Drop Shipping:
- You do not have to buy and hold stock of products yourself so there are no up front cost to you.
- You do not have to pack, ship and track products for customers, so again no cost and no work.
- You can set whatever retail price you want over your cost, the more you can sell it for the more you make.

How it works:
- You sell our products from your site or via a newsletter etc at whatever margin you feel is appropriate. You have total control over your retail pricing so your profit is the difference between whatever you sell for and our discounted price to you.
- You place your order at our web site with a special voucher code that will give you a 20% discount and fill in your clients shipping details. We charge YOU for the product plus the standard delivery charge via one of our accepted payment methods..
- We ship the order direct to your client via international airmail post which is approx 14 days to the USA and Europe from NZ.

Standard Drop Ship Fees & Minimum Order Volumes:
There are none.
We would rather give you an honest discount rate up front than an inflated rate, most of which is then clawed back with hidden monthly account fees and drop shipping charges.
- No monthly account fees.
- No additional per order drop shipping charges.
- No minimum order volumes.

Blind Drop Shipping :
Standard drop shipped items are sent with our stock packaging and documentation.
If however you would like us to replace all of this documentation with material using your own logos or letterheads etc this is called "Blind Drop Shipping"
We can also include additional material supplied by you such as business or greeting cards, gift/discount vouchers etc as long as it does not substantially increase the size or weight of the packages and therefore our shipping costs.
- If you choose to use blind drop shipping there is an annual admin and printing fee of US$50

How to Join:
- All you need to do is contact us and tell us about your site and what products you intend to sell.
- You will also need to provide full name, company name and contact details including street/postal addresses, phone and fax numbers etc.
- We will have a look at your site and if we are happy with the way it is presented and the types of products you sell, we will send you a drop ship discount code to use when ordering.
- If you need photos or other product and background information we will send these on request.

Terms & Conditions:

- Your cost pricing is our retail less 20% plus shipping. (based on retail pricing not short term special offers)
- From time to time some items may be out of stock for short periods, we will notify you when there will be a delay in delivery.
- We will notify you of any items that are withdrawn from the available range.
- Items on the custom one-off pages are generally not available for drop shipping as they are removed on sale. If you do however wish to purchase or display any of these one-off products please contact us.
- You as the retailer are responsible for payment fraud and chargebacks, we are selling to you not your client. As the client is ordering through your system not ours, we do not have all of the tracking information required to fully verify their identity.
- Payment is required at the time of order. We may look at a 20th of the month charge account for you after a good trading history has been established for at least three months and depending on sales volumes.
- Payment should be from you as the agent not direct from the customer. If you are unable to take orders and process payments yourself, please use our affiliate program which allows you refer clients to us or to have products displayed on your site linked directly to our secure ordering system.

Trading Conduct and Representation of Bone Art Place Products & Artists:
We are very passionate about our craft work and insist that those who represent us do so in an appropriate manner.
For this reason we will be regularly checking your site for suitability to be a Bone Art Place agent and may decline or cancel an affiliate, drop shipper or wholesale account if we believe that you are:
- Misrepresenting our products or artists in any way.
- Using bulk unsolicited email (spam) to promote your site or our products.
- Misrepresenting your identity or claiming to be The Bone Art Place.
- Trading in an unethical manner.
- In payment arrears.
- Linking from or associated with a site which we believe carries inappropriate or illegal material.
- Using The Bone Art Place trading name without authorization or as a search term on any search engine, web site or directory.
- Using The Bone Art Place images or web site content without express permission to do so.

- We DO NOT offer exclusive territory or agency agreements.

Product Notes:
- All carvings are covered by a full no questions asked return and refund policy.
- All carvings are supplied with a traditional style cord, woven presentation case, care instructions and information on the meaning behind the design.
- We are happy to supply any images and background information you need to assist in selling our work

Images & Designs:
ALL images, logos and designs on our site are protected under copyright and MUST NOT be used without our express permission.
If permission to use images or logos has been granted you must save them to your system and link to them locally. DO NOT link directly to images on our site under any circumstance as image file names are changed regularly to protect our bandwidth.

The "Bone Art Place" Trading Name:
Our trading name is protected under international copyright and MUST NOT be used without our express permission.
We have over many years gained an enviable reputation for quality and service. The use of our trading name is therefore very strictly controlled and breaches of this restriction on its use will be pursued to the maximum extent possible by law.
Please contact us if you wish to use the Bone Art Place trading name on your site and we will discuss what options are available.

- Joining our drop shipping program is deemed to be acceptance of all of these terms.
