The Bone Art Place is dedicated to the art of hand crafted New Zealand Maori bone carving, jade carving and pearl shell carving in its many forms, from the very traditional pieces to the more contemporary designs.
Once a client has clicked on this link it will stay active for as long as the client has a browser session running.
This means that if they click on the link to our site and then go off somewhere else before coming back to our site to buy, the sale will still be recorded as yours.
Commissions:
- We would initially pay you a 15% commission on all completed sales. This is calculated on the purchase price excluding shipping costs.
- Commission payments are made to your clix galore account as soon as the sale has been processed and verified.

We are very passionate about our craft work and insist that those who represent us do so in an appropriate manner.
For this reason we will be regularly checking your site for suitability to be a Bone Art Place affiliate and
may decline or cancel an affiliate membership if we believe that you are:
- Misrepresenting our product.
- Using bulk unsolicited email (spam) to promote your site or our products.
- Misrepresenting your identity or claiming to be The Bone Art Place.
- Trading in an unethical manner.
- Linking from or associated with a site which we believe carries inappropriate or illegal material.
Product Notes:
- All carvings are covered by a full no questions asked return and refund policy.
- All carvings are supplied with a traditional style cord, woven presentation case, care instructions and information on the meaning behind the design.
- We are happy to supply any images and background information you need to assist in selling our work
Images & Designs:
ALL images, logos and designs on our site are protected under copyright and MUST NOT be used without our express permission.
If permission to use images or logos has been granted you must save them to your system and link to them locally. DO NOT link directly to images on our site under any circumstance as image file names are changed regularly to protect our bandwidth.
The "Bone Art Place" Trading Name:
Our trading name is protected under international copyright and MUST NOT be used on your site, in any advertising or as a key word or search term in any search listing or directory without our express permission.
We have over many years gained an enviable reputation for quality and service. The use of our trading name is therefore very strictly controlled and breaches of this restriction on its use will be pursued to the maximum extent possible by law.
